Customer Experience Executive

Dream a Dozen is a gifting company specialising in baked goods like cookies, chocolates, cakes, etc for individuals and corporate clients. Started in 2018, we are currently in our expansion phase and we are looking to grow the brands into more channels like ecommerce, quick commerce and other platforms. We are looking for a strong customer experience executive who can grow on this journey with us.
The role of a customer experience executive is an extremely important role in our organisation, because it ensures that the interaction our customer has with Dream a Dozen, brings delight every time. This can only be done when the customer experience executive is the pillar between our clients, logistics and kitchen team so we exceed expectations every time.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Executive at Dream a Dozen. This person will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and communication. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and analyzing customer feedback to improve our services.
Customer Delight:
- Addressing customer enquiries, understanding their needs, making creative suggestions and closing their orders- Punching in client orders and reconciling customer payments- Timely updates to customers about their orders and dispatch- Collecting and recording customer feedback/reviews
Operations Management:
- Manage daily operations, including coordination with the kitchen team, delivery team, customer service team, and logistics.- Ensure checklists are completed for quality checks before dispatch
Recipe Costing and Development:
- Work closely with the team to cost out recipes, ensuring appropriate pricing to meet required margins- Assist in developing and testing new recipes, maintaining high standards of quality and taste.
Kitchen Safety and Hygiene:
- Develop and implement processes and protocols for kitchen safety and hygiene- Train team members in food safety and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Culinary or hospitality degree or equivalent experience in guest relations/customer support.- Flexibility with working hours and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to teamwork.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with checklists- Basic understanding of Kannada and English.- Comfortable with smartphone operations and navigating Bangalore’s geography- Strong negotiation skills and high levels of patience
What you should know:
- This is an on-site role, not wfh- This role has a 6 day work week with 1 weekday off- This role gets 12 casual leaves + 1 birthday leave + 4 national holidays + 12 wfhs- The ctc is 2.5lac - 3 lac per annum- Dream a Dozen currently has a growing team of 20 people and the leadership gives personal attention to each individual's learning, we are a young and energetic team with the ambition to leave a dent in this industry as we grow- We have bi-monthly team sessions on soft skill development by a leadership coach to ensure continuous personal growth of each team member
