Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with strong experience in the stone and quartz surfaces industry. This individual should be a road warrior who thrives on creating and nurturing client relationships, generating new business, and driving rapid results. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial-minded professional who understands the natural stones and quartz surfaces markets deeply and has a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Growth: Drive aggressive sales growth by prospecting and closing deals across natural stones (India) and quartz surfaces (Oman).- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.- Market Expansion: Identify new markets, target potential clients, and expand the business footprint in domestic and international markets.- Product Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of our products and their applications, showcasing the unique value they bring to customers in varied industries.- Field Work: Be on the road, meeting with clients in person, conducting product presentations, and participating in industry events.- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the sales strategy, working closely with the management to align goals and drive growth.- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the natural stones or quartz surfaces industry.- Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.- Client Network: Strong network of contacts within the stone and construction industry.- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Results-Driven: High energy, self-motivated, and focused on achieving results quickly.- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
