No voice is left unheard.At Pepper, you will:Handling daily end-to-end recruitmentCalling up prospective candidates for job pitchHandling all the aspects of recruitment from sourcing the candidates till the candidate joins the organizationSourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods, including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviewsFollowing and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetingsConduct and participate in organizing employee engagement events for new and existing employeesThe ideal candidate must :0-1 year of experienceHave a willingness to be flexible: Works beyond what is described in the job description.Ability to deliver results under pressure.Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlinesBe able to work efficiently under minimal supervisionHave excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.This is a 6 months onsite internship based out of Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
