Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Design Review & Coordination

  2. Reviews MEP design drawings and documents for compliance with technical requirements, safety codes, and functional needs.

  3. Quality & Technical Evaluation

  4. Assesses MEP material and equipment submittals for technical compliance.

  5. Construction Monitoring

  6. Supervises on-site MEP installation work to ensure quality and adherence to schedule.

  7. Resolves technical queries and monitors daily progress.

  8. Quality Assurance & Control

  9. Conducts inspections, snagging, and ensures rectification of defects.

  10. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance

  11. Ensures all MEP activities comply with safety regulations and HSE requirements on site.

  12. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  13. Monitors pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for all MEP systems.

  14. Ensures smooth handover with proper documentation, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and warranties.

7. Good Knowledge of MEP Site Activities

  • Mechanical: HVAC, pumps, pressurization units, exhaust systems.
  • Electrical: Power distribution, lighting, earthling, UPS, generators.
  • Plumbing: Water supply, drainage, sewage treatment.
  • Fire Fighting: Sprinkler systems, hydrants, fire pumps, extinguishers.
  • ELV Systems: BMS, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address systems.
