Job Summary

We are hiring an MEP Engineer with 14 years of work experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for Mivan high-rise residential projects. The role involves site execution, contractor coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC) at site.
  • Coordinate with civil and finishing teams for seamless integration of MEP services in Mivan structures.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure work is executed as per design standards and project specifications.
  • Monitor contractor performance and track daily progress against timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections, ensure quality control and safety compliance.
  • Support in material verification, measurements, and documentation
  • Liaise with consultants and internal teams for approvals, clarifications, and testing & commissioning.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Work Experience: 1-4 years in MEP works for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
  • Exposure to Mivan shuttering/technology projects is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and site execution.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
