You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Project
- Review and optimize MEP drawings for design accuracy and service efficiency
- Provide value engineering inputs and benchmark service standards
- Support cost estimation and budgeting for MEP scope
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for execution
- Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality standards
- Lead sustainability initiatives (STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, green building)
- Prepare MIS reports, certify bills, and manage MEP budgets
- Should be good hand on high end equipment’s installation and commissioning
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management. Minimum 2 years work experience in the same role
