About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our Corporate Sales team for MedPlus Diagnostics. This is an on-field corporate sales role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building client relationships, and are driven to achieve sales targets. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling MedPlus Diagnostics services to corporate clients, ensuring they receive high-quality healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for MedPlus Diagnostics through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Present, promote, and sell diagnostic packages and services to corporate clients
- Conduct product/service presentations and negotiations to close sales deals
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within the given timeline
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-5 years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for corporate client meetings (on-field role)
- Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler with valid driving license
