20+ years of relevant experience in the areas of banking / banking information technology / Finacle core banking system (CBS) covering minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on Finacle CBS and with recent experience in a leadership role focused on Finacle CBS. Experience leading cross-functional teams handling Finacle support, enhancement, migration and customization projects is desirable. Role: As the Head of Finacle Services holding a Senior Management Position in IDBI Intech Ltd., you will be responsible for drawing the business plan for Finacle CBS services involving strategies for business growth, client additions, servicing & support thereby leading and overseeing the comprehensive management of Finacle core banking ecosystem for Intech’s various banking clients in terms of key responsibilities illustratively enlisted below including but not limited to leading the Finacle Team providing end-to-end Finacle support for all the modules for the major Banks in terms of implementation, customization, migration, integration, parameterization and testing etc. The role demands a strategic thinker with deep functional and technical knowledge, proven leadership abilities with orientation towards business objectives, and a strong understanding of banking systems and regulatory requirements.
