MIS Lead

we are seeking an experienced MIS Lead with a strong background in Business Analysis and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will possess 15–20 years of experience in managing business information systems, data analytics, and strategic decision support functions within a financial or IT services environment.Business Analyst with over 15-20 years of experience.Techno- functional personCore Banking knowledge is mustRegulatory reporting and MIS system must be worked with e.g Finacle , ADF, CIMS applications.Database SQL query knowledge is mustKey Responsibilities: Requirments gathering Understand REGULATORY and Compliance related changes/requirementsConvert functional requirements into technical solutionDo functional impact analysis related to new policies related to Risk,Compliance and Asset Management pertaining to BanksSuggest alternate solutionsDefine project objectives,scope, success criteria, and implementation timeliens.Manage multiple projects under the program umbrella, ensure seamless integration and alignment. Techo-Functional Experise Act as bridge between business and technology team, translating business needs to technical requirements.Proivide functional insights into BFSI processes such as core banking, RBI Regulatory Reporting. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Internal and external stakehilders - Client, senior leadership, business heads and IT teams to align program objective with organizational strategyBuild strong releationsips with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory bodies Governance & Compliances Establish roubust program goverance frameworks ensuring adherence to regulatory requirementsEnsure all projects under the program meet quality standards and audit requirements Risk Management & Problem-Solving identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycleAddress challenges proactively to ensure successful program delivery Team Leadership Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountabilityMentor and coach team member to enhance their performacne and professional growth Lead MIS design, development, and automation initiatives for internal and client projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and performance metrics. Manage data extraction, validation, and reporting from multiple systems. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all MIS reports. Develop dashboards and analytical insights to support management decisions. Mentor and guide junior MIS and data analysts. Basic Understanding of technologies: .Net, ASP .Net,Tableau Basic SQL Server, Oracle skills, including writing basic queries Desired Candidate Profile: 15–20 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis. Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics. Hands-on expertise in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in IT / BFSI domain preferred.
