Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient HR service delivery processes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead HRSD Implementations : Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including case management, employee service center, and lifecycle events.

- Customization & Configuration : Customize and configure the ServiceNow HRSD module, including creating business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows to meet business requirements.

- Solution Architecture : Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design HRSD solutions that align with business needs, and ensure integration with other ServiceNow modules (e.g, ITSM, ITOM).

- Project Leadership : Lead HRSD-related projects from inception to completion, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Team Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and ensuring adherence to best practices in development and implementation.

- Integration & Automation : Design and implement integrations with third-party systems (e.g, HCM systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and automate HR processes using Flow Designer and other ServiceNow tools.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of HRSD solutions. Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.

- Documentation & Training : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes. Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery processes and recommend solutions.

Qualifications :

Education :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years focused on HRSD.

- Proven experience leading ServiceNow HRSD implementations and customizations.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and the HRSD module's capabilities.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Integration Hub.

- Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
