Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Lead

Job Summary:

Mergegen Corporates Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Lead to manage the implementation and ongoing enhancement of ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery module within our organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, ensuring alignment of HR processes with industry best practices and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD module.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements and automation opportunities using ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications to meet business requirements.
  • Manage integration points with other HR systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and IT teams to understand requirements and ensure successful deployment and adoption.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform upgrades and new features to leverage in HRSD.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in HR Service Delivery module.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead implementations from initiation through to completion.
  • HR Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR processes and workflows, preferably in areas such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and service delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading a team or managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD), Certified Application Developer, or similar certifications.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience implementing HRSD solutions in similar industries or organizations.
  • Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and experience driving user adoption of new technologies.
