Job Description :

A critical role for MERGEN CORPORATES PRIVATE LIMITED, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Lead to manage the implementation and ongoing enhancement of ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery module within our organization. Key responsibilities and qualifications include :

Implementation Leadership :

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Process Optimization :

  • Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements and automation opportunities using ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Ensure alignment of HR processes with industry best practices and organizational goals.

System Administration :

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications to meet business requirements.
  • Manage integration points with other HR systems and platforms.

Stakeholder Management :

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and IT teams to understand requirements and ensure successful deployment and adoption.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users.

Continuous Improvement :

  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform upgrades and new features to leverage in HRSD.

Documentation and Reporting :

  • Document system configurations, processes, and changes.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track HR service metrics and KPIs.

Requirements :

  • ServiceNow Expertise : Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in HR Service Delivery module.
  • Project Management : Strong project management skills with the ability to lead implementations from initiation through to completion.
  • HR Process Knowledge : Deep understanding of HR processes and workflows, preferably in areas such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and service delivery.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Ability : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Team Leadership : Experience leading a team or managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • ServiceNow Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD), Certified Application Developer, or similar certifications.
  • Industry Experience : Previous experience implementing HRSD solutions in similar industries or organizations.
  • Change Management : Knowledge of change management principles and experience driving user adoption of new technologies.

This role is critical for MERGEN CORPORATES PRIVATE LIMITED to streamline and automate HR processes using the ServiceNow platform, enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.
