Title: Sales Development Representative

No of Positions: Two

Industry: Computer Software

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Shift: Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM including dinner and tea breaks)

Location: Onsite (Work From Office)

Although our technology applies to a lot of applications especially related to the site-based operations industry, our Primary market is the landscaping industry in the United States and Canada. The combined size of Industry in these countries alone makes up a staggering $176B.

About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring customers through various outbound channels within the US market. If you have excellent communication skills, a fearless attitude, and a passion for online B2B sales, we want to hear from you

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate proven experience in acquiring customers through outbound channels, specifically within the US market.- Utilize strong outbound sales skills (1-2 years’ experience in SaaS preferred) to effectively engage and convert leads via phone, email, and social media.- Exhibit proven expertise in US outbound sales.- Qualify leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.- Innovate and explore new channels for lead generation.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Strong networking abilities.- A fearless, hunter mentality.- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies.- Confidence in interacting with prominent YouTubers, influencers, creators, and educators.- Positive attitude towards feedback and criticism.- Mandatory: Excellent communication skills in English.- Ability - strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions- Mindset - “Hunger to win & earn a lot of money”- Energy levels - Physically active & involved in Regular sports, workouts, and gym habits.- The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts.- Flexible - Must be able to work in US Time Zone
