Role Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to expand our business reach and identify new growth opportunities. This role focuses on building and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through digital channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies
- Drive prospecting activities through LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Build and maintain a high-quality database of potential clients
- Create targeted outreach campaigns using different tools
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics
- Validate and qualify leads before passing to the sales team
- Research and identify new market opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead conversion
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation (2+ years)
- Strong experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
- Excellence in data analysis and lead qualification
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in building and managing prospect databases
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Proven history of exceeding lead generation targets
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Understanding of B2B sales cycle
