About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for IT service-based businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with B2B lead generation strategies, tools, and campaigns to drive consistent sales pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, and other online/offline channels.
  • Generate high-quality leads in the IT services and software development domain.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and decision-making process.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Analyse and report on lead generation performance, suggesting improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in lead generation for IT services/technology companies.
  • Strong knowledge of tools.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS/IT services industry.
  • Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate qualified leads from multiple geographies (US, UK, Middle East, APAC).
  • Experience in running email campaigns, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in working with start-ups or growing IT service-based companies.
  • Knowledge of lead scoring and automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategies.
