What will you be working on as a Lead Acquisition Specialist?

  • Conduct lead research using industry databases, trade association directories, and LinkedIn to identify target audience based on ideal client characteristics.

·        Utilize relevant data from social media platforms to personalize communications via emails, letters, and outbound calls, fostering brand awareness and cultivating a pool of interested prospects.

  • Build intelligent rapport with prospects on professional platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Deliver qualified leads to the sales team and communicate viable opportunities effectively.
  • Understand sales processes and client onboarding cycles to align lead generation activities strategically.
  • Continuously seek feedback from the sales team to improve lead quality.

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Persistence and adeptness in navigating various sources for client research and extracting useful prospect data.

Previous experience in a lead generation team is advantageous but not mandatory.
