You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensuring the proper setup and training for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales and Relationship Building:Target-based end-to-end sales lifecycle management for healthcare clients including lead generation, qualifying and closingVisit clients at hospitals to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including nurses and doctors.Promote and detail Wundrsight Healthcare's products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.Conduct product presentations, organize, and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and events.Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product distribution networks.Utilise strong understanding of medical terminology and therapeutic areas for target-based business development
2. Market Intelligence and Feedback:Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the organization.Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to improve our products and services.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets
Travel: 70-80%
Requirements:Education: Background in
Biomedical, Pharma, Psychology, Medtech, Life Sciences , or a related field in healthtech is a must.Experience:
Minimum 2-3 Years of field experience
in sales or business development is a plus. Experience and networks with with doctors, patients and/or in a healthcare setting is mandatory.Strong communication skills and command over the local language especially Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etcBasic understanding of operating a computer and familiarity with digital tools.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel long distances.
Additional Good-to-have(s):Experience in the mental health, hospitals or healthcare segment.Experience working with startups.
