Business Development Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at unHR. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the corporate sales space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients to introduce our financial products and services.
- Schedule and meet clients to convert them into corporate customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Proven experience in calling sales or a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
