Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at unHR. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the corporate sales space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients to introduce our financial products and services.
  • Schedule and meet clients to convert them into corporate customers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Communicate product features and benefits clearly, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Proven experience in calling sales or a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
