Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive growth by acquiring SMB customers, executing cold calling, and closing long-term deals.
Location: Delhi NCR (on field/ground)
Incentives: Yes
Responsibilities
· Visit 10-15 clients daily to pitch Apna's hiring products
· Generate prospects and share market data with your manager
· Handle customer objections regarding product, competition, pricing, and expectations
· Sell recruitment solutions to SMB clients by assessing their business needs
· Manage client onboarding and posting their first job on the platform
· Create market references and drive organic revenue
· Represent Apna and effectively pitch our value proposition to suitable prospects
· Meet weekly/monthly targets and adhere to short and long-term growth goals
Requirements
· 1+ years of experience in client-facing B2B roles
· Skillsets: Hustler, Street Smart, Negotiation, Lead generation, Knocking
· Team player and strong people person
· Strong preference for HRTech experience or BFSI/Insurance hard cold selling experience
· Bike and DL required for traveling
