Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. You will be responsible for handling queries, managing escalations, and using CRM tools to deliver timely, effective solutions. By maintaining high levels of professionalism and empathy, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in CRM tools.
  • Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathy.
  • Meet performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Bachelors degree preferred; relevant experience in customer support will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based in our office. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday through Friday during regular business hours. The office environment is professional, fast-paced, and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
