Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to design and implement customer service management (CSM) solutions using platforms like ServiceNow CSM and/or Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across various industry verticals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.


MUST TO HAVE: Proven track record in Pre-sales for large clients, excellent proposal writing skills, Customer presentation skills.

GOOD TO HAVE: Experience with Service CSM, SPM, or any cloud-based platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow


Key Responsibilities:

Defining, designing, and implementing ServiceNow/ Salesforce solutions and ensuring they are aligned with business requirements.

Working closely with clients to build CSM solutions on platforms such as ServiceNow that address their needs.

Configuring and enhancing ServiceNow platform using scripts and application capabilities.

Lead the implementation of CSM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems

Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective solutions and procedures that meet user requirements.

Participating in all technical aspects of the program and solution delivery.

Ensuring that all implementation work is carried out in accordance with the company policies and industry best practices.

Effective upwards management to program lead and executives

Contribute to business development activities including written proposals, presales activities, functional demonstrations and presentations.


What we’re looking for:

Minimum of 10 years of experience with ServiceNow/Salesforce Cloud platform.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience with ServiceNow/ Salesforce Service Cloud implementation, configuration, development, customization, and integration.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and data model.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

ServiceNow System Administration certification or other ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and build successful relationships at all levels.

Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain possible solutions to non-technical and technical stakeholders.

Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities beyond core modules highly desirable

Experience with ServiceNow CSM or Salesforce Service Cloud is a must

Experience with ServiceNow SPM is desirable
