Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Relationship Manager focused on Mortgage Loan Sales. The role is on-site and is located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new mortgage loan sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for providing clients with detailed information about mortgage products, assisting with the loan application process, and resolving any issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products and sales techniques
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
