Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mortgage Sales Manager to lead our mortgage sales team, develop business strategies, and drive mortgage loan origination growth. The Mortgage Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, build strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with lending regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the mortgage sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.

Mortgage Loan Origination & Processing

  • Oversee the mortgage loan origination process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure excellent service delivery.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team complies with all mortgage lending policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
