Role – Business Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Business Sales Manager to drive growth, lead sales strategies, and inspire a team toward achieving ambitious targets. If you thrive in building strong client relationships, developing impactful business strategies, and leading teams with vision, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
- Build and nurture client relationships with corporates, institutions, and learners
- Oversee daily operations and performance metrics to ensure smooth functioning
- Develop strategies for market expansion and new partnerships
- Align sales activities with overall company objectives
Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 6 years in Education, EdTech, or Language Training
- Strong expertise in Business Management, Strategic Planning, and Sales Leadership
- Proven success in client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
