Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Experience in IT services/consulting/recruitment sales will be a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good to Have
- MBA or equivalent degree in Sales/Marketing.
- Experience in working with international clients.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
