Qualifications and Requirements:
The candidates must possess the following qualifications:Minimum 2 Years of experienceExtreme communication skils .Experience on case management.Good to have tech support experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
Guide new customers through the initial setup and integration of the company's product orservice.*Explain and assist with the installation process, account setup, and product customization.*Address customer queries and concerns during onboarding.*Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure a smooth handover andimplementation.*Provide product demos and personalized walkthroughs for new users after installation.*Ensure customer data is properly integrated into the system (if applicable).*Set up customer success metrics and touchpoints for future support.*Serve as the point of contact for all customer communications.*Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or messaging platforms.*Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.*Use a case management system to log, track, and update cases.*Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.*Prioritize cases based on severity and customer impact.*Provide customers with regular updates on case status.*Oversee the installation and configuration of software or hardware products for customers.*Provide in-depth product training to customers to ensure they can fully utilize the software.*Create user guides, tutorials, and training materials.*Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions, either in-person or remotely.*Offer post-installation support and answer any questions related to the product.
