Job Description
Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive long-term brand strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Brand communication: Oversee the creation of compelling and impactful communication that resonates with target audiences. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize brand campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and communications, to ensure cohesive brand representation. Establish strong relationships with external partners and agencies. Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment. Culture: Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Proven brand marketing experience of 6 to 8 years in the B2C domain. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
