We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic professional who is passionate about building engaging brands and driving market growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the F&B industry, demonstrating expertise in developing effective marketing strategies and executing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Deliverables :
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share within the F&B industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective campaigns, integrating digital and traditional marketing channels.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions and strategic planning.
Manage social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing efforts to engage audiences and build community.
Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand standards and business objectives.
Plan and execute events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance brand experience and customer engagement.
Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Competencies and Skills:
Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software, content management systems, and data analytics tools.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Experience in digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) will be a plus.
