Position: Vice President (Head – Client Success & Retentions)


Function: Leading a function like Renewals, Reactivation/pullback, Customer support & Receivables/Tranche payments.


We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic leader to take on the role of Vice President – Client Success & Retentions. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead our client retention, satisfaction, and support initiatives while developing strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic visionary with exceptional leadership abilities, capable of driving high-performance teams, fostering client relationships, and ensuring long-term customer success.

Team Leadership & Oversight

Direct Reports: Oversee four departmental leads.

Indirect Reports: Manage 25-30 indirect reports across various teams.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven success in client success, account management, or customer retention roles, with at least 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management capabilities with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams to reach ambitious goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven: A strategic thinker who utilizes data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments, particularly within SaaS or technology-driven industries.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, customer success platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Bonus: Certification in Customer Success or a related field is an advantage.
