  1. Effective engagement with the SSM and his team in a co-ordinated manner – daily during the on-site inspection, frequently through the year.

  5. Timely follow-up, escalations, review as well as joining hands with the Action Owners to think through action plan to redress the risks highlighted by the regulatory reviews including RAR, RMP, MAONC and facilitate issues closure.
  6. Making critical interventions to build a positive image for the Bank and have the ability to think on the feet to address regulatory concerns/queries on the spot.
  7. Leveraging the tech platforms and data capabilities to bring in efficiencies in managing various aspects of Risk based supervision.
  8. Support Compliance leadership in strengthening the Compliance policy, processes and systems.
  9. Preparing the drafts of the notes to governance forums like Audit Committee on all RBS matters.
  10. Leadership and team management for a mid-size team of professionals.
