Job Summary:  We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Aerolyt's growth and innovation. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the aerospace industry.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment events, to source candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to enhance Aerolyt's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse candidate pool.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the aerospace or engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of aerospace industry trends and talent landscape.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
