Job Description:
Pharma Spares Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead pharmaceutical machinery & spares sales in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals with strong client relationship skills and proven success in the pharma industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in the pharma industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical machinery or spares.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
