Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager at MSN Laboratories in Hyderabad. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and continuously improve training strategies.

Qualifications

  • Training Program Development, Implementation, and Evaluation skills
  • Knowledge of Industry Standards and Compliance
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams
  • Leadership and Mentoring abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or good product knowledge for other science graduates
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sales is must
