Role & Responsibilities :

The Sr. Executive - Field Sales primary responsibilities includes sales, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans. You should also be able to answer customers queries regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.

  • Should be well groomed with good communication in English.
  • Any Graduate
  • Willingness to learn and excel in Sales Field
  • English Medium with good academic background will be preferred.
  • Should be open to cold calls.
  • The candidate should have bike (Mandatory).
  • Candidates who are willing to do field sales are eligible.

1. Operations

  • Calling and generating the leads.
  • Generate own leads
  • Updating the CRM Status on day to day basis.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers in person.
  • Answering customer queries, inquiries
  • Attending the properties Shows and generate the leads.
  • Preparing and sending cost sheets and payment schedules.
  • Personally meeting existing clients for sales referrals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific ERP.
  • Maintaining a HNI database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales review team meetings.
  • Demonstrating product features to the customers
  • Adhering to the company policies & Procedures

2. Processes

  • Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
  • Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers
  • Attending trade shows and other industry-related events
  • Completing sales forms and submitting them for processing.

Male candidates with Retail/ B2B/B2C Field Sales experience candidates are preferred
