Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales and business development for our Haridwar clinic. This role involves driving business expansion, leading the sales team, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to meet growth objectives.
  • Handle end-to-end client acquisition, lead generation, and deal closure.
  • Build strategic partnerships with doctors, corporates, and local institutions.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of expansion.
  • Prepare regular business performance reports and share insights with management.
  • Represent QHT Clinic in local events, networking opportunities, and business forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in business development/sales, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team-handling abilities.
  • High negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability.

Compensation:

Attractive salary with performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
