Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales and build strong corporate relationships in the corporate gifting segment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring growth in the Haridwar region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new corporate clients for gifting solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Purchase, and Marketing decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized gifting solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase market penetration.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams for timely execution of orders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain sales reports, pipeline management, and provide regular business updates.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in corporate gifting / B2B sales / corporate sales.
  • Strong local market knowledge in Haridwar and nearby regions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with strong business acumen and result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
