Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor BTL marketing campaigns including doctor engagement programs, health camps, workshops, CME events, and patient awareness activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to design localized marketing strategies to increase footfalls and referrals.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities in hospitals, clinics, societies, and community spaces.
  • Manage vendor relationships for printing, events, and promotional material.
  • Track ROI and effectiveness of BTL activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all offline channels.
  • Maintain strong coordination with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics/pharma industry.
  • Strong understanding of doctor engagement, patient outreach, and healthcare marketing dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team with a result-oriented approach.
