The role requires someone with excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada to engage with customers effectively and ensure the success of each campaign.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Kannada is a must. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a diverse audience.

Experience in BTL Marketing:
1-2 years of experience in planning and executing BTL campaigns, including promotions, product sampling, event management, and brand activations.

Strong Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.

Event Management:
Experience in organizing and managing events, exhibitions, and trade shows, ensuring all aspects are executed smoothly.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to handle unexpected challenges during campaigns and find effective solutions quickly.

Team Player:
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support various departments to ensure the successful implementation of BTL strategies.

Attention to Detail:
Ability to ensure that all promotional materials, brand guidelines, and event requirements are met with high standards.

Traveling:
Willingness to travel frequently for events, exhibitions, and promotions within designated areas.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
