Position Summary:
Fourth Frontier is a pioneering health tech company that builds and offers products and services for monitoring and improving heart health for people across the world. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of mortality across the globe. Despite its importance, affordable products and services to monitor and improve heart health from the comfort of home have not been available to consumers. Fourth Frontier is committed to solving this important problem. Frontier X2, our revolutionary patented product that provides real-time feedback on cardiac health to users on the move, saw a 10x growth in sales over the past year. We also just launched the Frontier Heart Program that offers a consultation service with our cardiac and exercise experts. The company sells online in the US, Canada, UK, Europe and India, and plans to grow faster, wider and deeper.
We at Fourth Frontier are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team (to know more, visit and manage the ongoing relationships with our customers who have purchased our medical heart monitoring device. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires the ability to build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, solve all product related queries and provide resolution and eventually generate referral business from the existing customers which the RM will be managing.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers who have purchased our medical heart monitoring device.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development and technology teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage and deliver CSAT and NPS targets for the customers
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to generate referrals, upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer satisfaction, usage, and feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers and coordinate any necessary installation or training.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities using our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Courses (E.g. BSC in Pharmacy/Physiotherapy) , Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in post-sales account management or customer success, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in working in Customer Success or as an Relationship manager in international geographies like - USA, Canada, UK, Europe is preferred, though not mandatory
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and cardiovascular health is a plus.
