Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business development through acquisition of high net-worth clients (client acquisition).
  • Analyzing the market movements and keeping the clients updated on the same.
  • Cross-sell products and services to both new and existing customers as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements.
  • Advising clients on stock market related issues.
  • Suggesting the script to the client for trading and ensuring maximum profits to the clients as well as to the company.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide the best service.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate with minimum 1 year experience in the stock market.
  • Must have the ability to work individually and as a group.
  • Should be self driven and target oriented.

Skills required:

  • Should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in Indian Stock Marketing is Mandatory.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field
