Field Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the labelling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated territory. - Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and prospecting. Generate leads and convert them into sales. - Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s product offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information and effective solutions to clients. - Negotiation: Conduct negotiations and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client. - Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager and other relevant stakeholders. - Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction. - Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and threats. Adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the labelling or related industry, F&B, Packaging, Cosmetics or Ayurvedic Product Packaging - Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships. - Knowledge: Familiarity with labelling products and solutions is highly desirable. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Driving License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
