Job OverviewFoodbuddies is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our DELHIVERY Sales Team at Padur OMR. This full-time junior position is open for individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires excellent selling skills and the ability to effectively manage sales processes and client relationships on the field.


  • Qualifications and SkillsSelling skill (Mandatory skill) to effectively communicate product value and close sales deals.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster clear, professional interactions with clients and team members.
  • Courier sales skill to handle sales in logistics and courier services, driving revenue growth.
  • Logistics skill to manage and understand supply chain dynamics, essential for sales activities.
  • Strong negotiation skills for achieving favorable terms and building successful partnerships.
  • Field sales skill to manage and optimize in-person sales operations and establish strong client rapport.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively address issues during field operations.
  • Capability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies for maximum impact.


  • Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct market research and identify selling possibilities for Foodbuddies offerings.
  • Visit potential clients in the field to demonstrate products and negotiate agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions for reporting and feedback.
  • Participate in networking activities to expand industry contacts and promote business growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to creatively address challenges and improve sales approaches.
  • Provide timely reports and feedback to management regarding sales performance and market trends.
