The Role
As a Field Sales Executive at KWMCS Ventures, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives
* Develop strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements
* Identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
* Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities
* Build strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
Ideal Profile:
* At least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the FMCG, Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology industry
* Strong networker & relationship builder
* Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
* Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
* Willing to undertake more than 60% travel
