Field Sales Executive

Rentokil Initial is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and securing both long-term and short-term pest control and prevention business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development:
- Develop new business opportunities through effective sales promotion activities in assigned territories.
- Ensure all sales KPIs are achieved month-over-month.
- Identify and follow up with prospective customers and respond to enquiry calls within a specified timeframe.
- Maximise conversion of enquiries into orders.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure the quality of service delivery and maintain good liaison with customers.
- Prepare reports and submit them on time to customers.
- Attend to complaints and participate in logically concluding them along with Operations and Back Office whenever required.
- Administration & Accounts:
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and getting necessary acknowledgements.
- Follow up for timely and correct invoicing by the Back Office.
- Good interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to negotiate with clients.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Computer skills.
