- Price Differentials, Final Budget Docket for Zone
Forecast/Estimates
- Develop First Level Volume Estimate (Demand) for the month for RP inputs to be made by Central Team
- Monthly Rolling Plan
- Customer Target fixation
- Weekly Rolling Plan
- Circulate Variable Cost to Team received from Central Team for calculation of projected contribution for the month
Reports & MIS
- Reporting of the performance of the company in terms of Sales, Outstanding, Overdue, Collection Pending Order, Dispatch, SP Performance and Customer wise performance
- Analytical reports for supporting management decision making.
