Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and sourcing processes, including procurement, negotiation, and vendor management. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other third-party vendors to ensure the timely delivery of quality materials, services, and resources required for various real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Procurement:
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, contractors, and vendors within the real estate industry, including construction, materials, and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive sourcing strategy to support project timelines and budgets.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with existing vendors and contractors.
  • Continuously evaluate vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Resolve any vendor-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
  • Market Research & Strategy Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, innovations, and opportunities within the real estate sector to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor market pricing and adjust procurement strategies to maximize cost savings and ensure competitiveness.
  • Cost Management & Budget Control:
  • Work closely with the finance and project management teams to ensure sourcing strategies align with project budgets and cost forecasts.
  • Analyze market conditions to forecast price trends and adjust strategies to control costs effectively.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, designers, and legal to ensure sourcing aligns with project goals and requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance to internal teams on supplier selection, contract negotiations, and risk management.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of sourcing activities, contracts, and vendor communications.
  • Generate reports on sourcing performance, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics for senior leadership.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
