Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sourcing Manager to join our team. The role focuses on generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking,

and lead generation efforts.

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  2. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales meetings and presentations to understand client needs, present solutions, and close deals.

  3. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

  4. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

  5. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

  6. Sales Records: Accurately maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

  7. Channel Partner Management: Maintain strong relationships with distribution networks and channel partners.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Experience: 8–10 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.

  3. Skills:

  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

  5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

  6. Personality: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

  7. Residence: Preferably residing in the western suburbs of Mumbai.
