Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administration Officer to oversee and manage daily administrative operations. The role involves coordinating office activities, managing resources, and supporting the smooth operation of multi-million dollar EPC and engineering projects. The Administration Officer will work closely with management and project teams to ensure operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.

· Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and project support.

· Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.

· Maintain proper records, documentation, and filing systems for administrative purposes.

· Assist with HR-related activities, including recruitment coordination and onboarding support.

· Support travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff and visitors.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

· Monitor office expenses and assist in budget preparation and tracking.

· Organize company meetings, events, and communications.

· Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

· 3–7 years of experience in administration, preferably in EPC or project-based companies.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Good understanding of HR, procurement, and compliance processes.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: ₹25, ₹400,000.00 per month
