Job Overview


The Manager - HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR and administrative functions within the company. This role requires a strong background in HR management, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and compliance. The Manager - HR & Admin will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, as well as managing the administrative functions of the organization. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon and offers a competitive salary range based on experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage and administer employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Create and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Implement performance management systems to drive employee development and growth
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Maintain employee records and prepare reports
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative functions, including facilities management, travel arrangements, and vendor management
