Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities and initiatives within the company. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and the ability to develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's business objectives. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of HR management experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Certification in HR management is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports as required
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
